Windows 11 Print Dialog Does Not Support Preview

We recently had an issue where a computer was upgraded to Windows 11. After the update, the print preview screen does not preview items and the portrait and landscape options are switched (Portrait is next to a landscape icon and vise versa).

We had ensured that Windows and Dell Command updates were ran to be on the latest drivers/ firmware/ OS version.

We had also reinstalled the printer and repaired the program initially having the issue before realizing the issue was with Windows directly. See the attached picture.

The only information related to this issue I have found so far was just reverting to the Windows 10 dialog box using an registry change. But no real solution.

Let me know if anyone has ran into the same issue or if you may have any ideas.

I have a possibly related problem with the email program Sylpheed. In Win 11, Print Preview (Print) returns a blank page with the message "This app doesn't support print preview." That's true no matter which printer or format I choose to print with. It worked in Win 10. I'm wondering if this is related to the following message I received at MS Support (chat) regarding why Sylpheed and many other current programs/apps don't show in Settings>System>Notifications>Notifications from other apps and other senders:

"This is a known issue where some apps, especially older or non-UWP (Universal Windows Platform) apps like Sylpheed, do not register themselves properly with Windows' notification system."
