Windows 11 Power Drain when shut down while plugged in
I have a HP Pavillion 15-ec0xxx laptop. Recently the laptop battery drains to 0% overnight if I shutdown when the laptop is plugged in to power and I plug out after it has shut down.
I have checked multiple times.
If I shut down after I plug out the power cable it loses about 3% battery in a day. This rules out physical battery issue.
I have fast startup and wake timer disabled.
I'm using Windows 11 Version 25H2 (OS Build 26200.7462)

Some laptops continue to draw power even after shutdown, especially if certain features like "Fast Startup" or connected hardware (like USB devices) remain active.
