Windows 11 only recognizes 32GB of RAM (48GB actually installed).

The computer has 48GB of physical RAM installed, but Windows 11 only recognizes 32GB as available. The device frequently experiences blue screen crashes, and it is suspected that the memory recognition issue may be one of the causes of the blue screens. Please provide methods to troubleshoot the incomplete memory recognition and resolve the blue screen problem.

Where are you checking for it? The BIOS should tell you if it’s identifying both sticks of RAM.

Ensure all RAM modules are properly seated in their slots. Confirm that the RAM sticks are compatible with your motherboard.

Note the STOP error codes and error messages.
Use Event Viewer or Blue Screen View tools to analyze crash dumps.
Common causes include driver conflicts, hardware issues, or memory problems.
