Windows 11 occasionally forget individual application volume levels
Windows 11 randomly resets individual application volume levels back to 100% in the Volume Mixer, even after I have carefully adjusted them. This happens intermittently and without any clear trigger, forcing me to constantly readjust volumes for specific apps every time I restart my computer or wake it from sleep.

Windows stores each application's custom volume settings in the registry. If these registry keys become corrupted, or if a system "debloat" tool accidentally removes them, the system cannot save your custom levels.
