Windows 11 notification issue
I am having issues with Windows 11. I am on Windows 11 Version 24H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5063878) (26100.4946)
I am using Webex Contact centre, I have tried in different browsers. My notifications are on. My Do Not Disturb is off.
When I receive a call I click the notification that appears bottom right however it does not bring Contact Centre to the forefront rather it flashes red/orange and I have to manually click it.
I can see Microsoft raised this - https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/office/outlook-desktop-alert-notifications-open-behind-other-applications-b42ae862-f9ac-4831-b6f8-3312c985a4ac
Now they said the issue is resolved but it is not. It seems they focused only on outlook. From doing some research, its not just cisco webex contact centre thats impacted but other apps.
The issue happens on my work laptop and my personal.
Has anyone else found this issue? Has anyone found any workarounds?

Some apps may work better if you set them to "Always run as administrator":
Right-click the app shortcut > Properties > Compatibility > Run this program as administrator.

Hi Atlas, thankyou, since its in a work environment I wont be able to push this out to our estate (not my role either). Was hoping to see other people who might have the problem. I have it raised with Cisco (although not their issue) as they might be able to issue a workaround but naturally it is a Microsoft issue since its not just webex that's impacted. Will continue to do research and may reach out to Microsoft as well
