Windows 11 no taskbar or start menu

So yesterday (3/7/22) I shut down my computer but I hit restart by accident and then powered off my computer before it could turn back on and now today (3/8/22) I have no taskbar or start menu. Also when I turn my PC on it says it's installing updates for like 5 seconds then stops and boots like normal. I don't know what to do please help.

    You said the system was installing updates, can you confirm if the updates installed successfully. You can check this in update history.

    What is the current build you're on?
