Windows 11 Mail with M365 account?
Scenario - user with M365 Business Basic licence, new Win 11 Pro PC (AAD joined) They log in with their M365 account, using W11 Mail configured for 365. Autocomplete doesn't appear to work at all. ...
Does it work in the webmail?
Try update Windows and open the Microsoft Store and check for application's update.
Try restart your PC and try again.
In case problem persist, open start and search for feedback and open the Feedback Hub app and report this issue.
