Windows 11 laptop has tiny text size in file explorer side menu

my laptop has really small text in file explorer side menu and in my browser search and bookmarks bar. i’ve checked my display settings, reset my display driver, restarted my device and nothing has fixed it. i can’t find what is causing it either. any help to get it back to its normal size is appreciated!
