Windows 11 KB5060829 finally adds smaller taskbar icons
Windows 11 KB5060829 is June 2025’s optional update for Windows 11 24H2 rolling out with a new taskbar scaling feature, a new PC Migration app with PC-to-PC file transfer and more. It’s released via Windows Update, but as always, Microsoft has posted direct download links for KB5060829 offline installers (.msu) files on Update Catalog.

I can't even get it to install. I've run windows update troubleshooter 3 times, dism scanhealth - passed, sfc scannow - passed, chkdsk - passed
I still get on it rebooting stuck at 38% then a message saying something went wrong and rolling back.

You can get this update via Windows Update, like normal, but if you prefer to manually download the offline installer (.msu files), Microsoft’s Update Catalog has got you covered. Just head over there, grab the files, and install at your own pace.
