Windows 11 is a joke right? or am I missing something. Pls help!
I am not a noob. my first rig was athlon 2400+ with a ti 4200 128mb
Ive used windows 10 forever, decided it was time to start my system fresh and move to win 11. I downloaded the newest iso, made a bootable usb with rufus. everything installed fine.
This thing is HOT JUNK. there is no way that there is not something wrong with my install. It crashes blue screen style any time I play a game. My hard drives all act like the are spining discs. It hangs up every where. Anytime I change a window my gpu driver crashes. The screen blacks out for 3-5 seconds.
There is no way that people are using this in this state.
Fh6 crashes all the time. I cant even install cubase my recording DAW the install hangs up. it was stuck at 2% for 6+ hours over night.
Yesterday everything was fine in windows 10. none of these issues.
Idk what to do, I feel like Im going to have to stay on 11 for updates

Don't go back to Windows 10 yet. These issues are fixable, and you'll thank yourself later when you don't have to do this all over again in October 2025 when Windows 10 goes end-of-life.
Use Dell's built-in diagnostics (press F12 at boot for the boot menu) to scan for hardware issues, especially RAM and SSD health.
