Windows 11 installation keeps failing

So, I recently built this brand new PC and no matter how many times I try to install windows it will just fail around 50%. Sometimes it will give me the 0x8007025d error if I try to do it these other ways YouTube says. Thes thing is that this is a brand new PC and doesn't have windows 10 or anything where is like I can't upgrade it's just failing to install windows 11 onto a brand new nvme. I can't find anything online and I can't figure out why it keeps failing. I tried many things like restarting the PC and redownloading the installer onto the usb and other things. No idea what is wrong and the internet has no useful info for when it's a brand new install like this.
