Windows 11 Insider Preview Build 10.0.26120.961

Hello everyone, I hope you're all well.

I have been grappling with a persistent issue for an extended period of time (over 5 months, can you believe it?). The problem revolves around a download that stubbornly remains stuck at 0%. Despite attempting various troubleshooting methods gleaned from online resources, like resetting the Windows update/installer through the command prompt, basic troubleshooting, and tinkering with network settings, the download refuses to progress beyond this frustrating point.

Any assistance with resolving this matter would be greatly valued, as it is imperative that I update my Windows system to address some lingering GPU-related issues. Thank you in advance for any help you can offer.

Run Command Prompt as an administrator, execute the following commands in sequence: net stop wuauserv, net stop bits. Subsequently, delete all files within the C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\Download folder. Finally, execute net start wuauserv, net start bits` and restart the computer.
