Windows 11 How to customize the menu below?

Is it possible to customize the menu in the picture, such as choosing which apps to show or hide

    Hi, Windows 11 only allows limited customization for most built-in menus. For Start, you can pin/unpin apps and adjust recommendations under Settings > Personalization > Start. If you mean a system context menu, Microsoft does not provide full built-in control for every item, and I’d avoid registry tweaks unless you have a backup.
