How to operate Windows 11 focus mode timer normally? It lacks simple pomodoro settings and cannot set a 50-minute countdown. Is there a simple adjustment method?

Use a third-party timer instead of the system's focus mode to set a customizable 50-minute countdown.
When the timer finishes, you'll get a notification, and you can manually enable Focus Assist again afterward.
