Windows 11 File History recopies unchanged files whenever its Control Panel page is opened

I am having the same issues as DepEd_jayvee, with additional copies of all the same files being saved with no notice of the new time. Has anyone found a solution.

After updating from Windows 11 KB5124010/Windows 10 KB5120249 to Windows 11 KB5127648/Windows 10 KB5126657, the drive can be found and executed in "File History," but the last backup date of the files has not changed.
