Windows 11 Feature Request: Notepad as Chromium Wrapped App

Using a web-based UI framework like WebView2 or CEF would allow developers to leverage the extensive libraries and tools available for web development, speeding up the development process.

Microsoft's Windows 11 Notepad is a basic text editor that has been part of the Windows operating system for decades. However, with the advancements in web technologies and the growing demand for modern user interfaces, it's an excellent opportunity to rethink and rebuild Notepad using WebView2/CefSharp (Chromium) for a more efficient, feature-rich, and visually appealing experience.

I think this is a good suggestion. I hope Microsoft takes note of it.

I suggest fixing the startmenu ... Why fix something that's not broken?
