Windows 11 Fast Startup Causes Some Hardware to Fail Initialization
After enabling Fast Startup, the system occasionally fails to initialize the sound card or network adapter correctly at each boot, resulting in no sound or an inability to connect to the internet. To restore normal functionality, you must manually disable and then re-enable the device or restart the computer. The issue disappears when Fast Startup is disabled.

Turn off Enable Fast Startup in Power Options, and in Device Manager, disable the Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power option for the affected device.

When Fast Startup is enabled, the system may not fully reset these devices, leading to problems such as no sound or no internet connection after startup. To fix this temporarily, you need to manually disable the device in Device Manager and then re-enable it, or simply restart your computer.
