Use the Windows Disk Management tool or Command Prompt to delete conflicting partitions → create a simple volume in NTFS format → ensure the EFI/MSR partitions are intact. If issues persist, enter the PE system and use the `clean` command to wipe the disk. You may also choose to disable the RST mode in the BIOS.
