Windows 11 Explorer VERY slow

I noticed that Windows 11 File Explorer would either run very slowly or not respond. TL;DR: I had Dropbox listed in File Explorer, probably as a backup. Once I deleted it from my hard drive, the problem cleared up immediately upon rebooting. If you've tried everything else, check whether Dropbox or something similar is listed in File Explorer. I think I originally had it as a backup, but I use other methods to do that.
