Windows 11 Enterprise Duplicate unusable login after screen lock
Got a strange problem that is slowly spreading. After logging in and the screen locks (be it by timeout or by shortkey) the login screen now shows a duplicate of the logged in user and "other user" option but lacks the password entry box. It's also the default selection, forcing users to click their "other name" to log back in again. This does not show if the user isn't currently logged in (such as on reboot).
Anybody else seen this? Anyone have any idea what setting is borked to hunt for?

In the Group Policy Editor, disable interactive logon: Do not display the last username and always use the classic logon option
This forces users to manually select "other user" to enter their credentials, which is unusual. Notably, this problem doesn't appear on the initial login screen after reboot, only after the session has been locked.
Our users do not need to select "other user", but do need to select the other version of their prompted name.
The part where it's not present on initial login after reboot is the same here, though.
