I am in the same boat
I unfortunately had to do a full reset. I spoke with Microsoft/Windows 'experts' over the phone about 6-7 times and they made the issue worse to the point where I had to contact my computer's manufacturer. They suggested not calling Microsoft with the issue since it could be something with the Firmware. SouloSailor
MGS27 experts are noobs. they dont even know about the issue and start suggesting the basic things, which we have already tried. Never contact them again, google has better solutions than them.
anyways, i installed the latest preview 23631 iso while keeping the data.
