Windows 11 CPU running at 100% intel i5-8400

Try open start and search for feedback and open the Feedback Hub app and report this issue.

None, built it myself, my motherboard is an msi and i've 16Gb ram, with this you've all infos on the computer.

I just did both, Microsoft Defender Offline did nothing as i can see in history and Windows Memory Diagnostic didn't find error, as said in windows logs.
I still did not contact MSI tho, is that the only solution left ? So it's not bcs of my cpu itself ?- Reza_AmeriSep 10, 2023Silver ContributorMake sure file a report in the Feedback Hub app.
