Windows 11 cold boot keyboard issues.
Right-click the keyboard driver in Device Manager, select Properties, go to the Driver tab, and click Roll Back Driver if the option is available.

Hi KennedyScott, thanks for the reply however I don't believe it to be a driver issues. Something I have learned since posting this is that a simple log off will bring the keyboard back. If it were a driver issue it wouldn't work by logging off.

Thanks for the reply KennedyScott however this isn't a driver issues. Something I have learned since making this post is that a simple log off will bring the keyboard back. There is some keyboard initiation setting that I have to find on this one. It is a really quirky problem.

Did you every get this resolved. I seem to have the same problem. On a cold boot touchpad and keyboard do not work. If I restart they both work fine. Went to safe mode and removed both touchpad and keyboard. Did not resolve the issue.
Thanks for your feedback
