Windows 11 Can't Log In and Won't Let Me Set Pin

Update: I have reverted to Windows 10 and still having the same issue. I am now trying to reset the PC and it's asking for my password which I *know* I am inputting correctly as I changed it only earlier today and is displaying as incorrect. Fully at my wits end!

Received my new pctoday windows pro installed. I cannot get to enter a pin as the busy icon turns without stopping and l am stuck in nomans land. slugsies
