Windows 11 cannot find an Android tablet
I bought myself a Geekom mini PC in N150 running Windows 11 pro.
It is perfectly detected by other Windows machines, and all PCs at home (4) recognize each other well, but it gets stuck with my Huawei Matepad Pro 2024 (Android therefore).
This same Huawei tablet has a "share with computers" function which makes it visible on the network, and it works completely with my Windows 10 laptop and my Windows 10 tablet.
On the other hand, this recognition is not carried out either with the mini PC or with the tower, both under Windows 11!! In the other direction it works, the Android tablet has access to the Geekom via SMB (and to all other PCs, Windows 11 or 10).
It is really only in the Geekom Windows 11 to Huawei tablet direction that it is not recognized.
I therefore strongly incriminate Windows 11 for being responsible for the "bazaar"
!
But I don't see at all the setting to act on to finally see my tablet in the network explorer of the mini PC under Windows 11!

Open Control Panel > Programs > Turn Windows features on or off. Ensure SMB 1.0/CIFS File Sharing Support is enabled (sometimes needed for older devices; however, SMBv1 is deprecated for security reasons, but some devices may require it). Also, ensure SMB Direct and SMB 2.0/3.0 are enabled. Restart the PC after changes.

It sounds like you've pinpointed the issue to Windows 11 on your Geekom mini PC not recognizing your Huawei MatePad Pro 2024 on the network, despite the tablet being visible and accessible from other Windows devices.

Matepad is powered by huawei HarmonyOS. That might be the reason why it can't be detected by Windows 11. It lacks device driver.

Make sure USB debugging is turned on the phone.
