Open Control Panel > Programs > Turn Windows features on or off. Ensure SMB 1.0/CIFS File Sharing Support is enabled (sometimes needed for older devices; however, SMBv1 is deprecated for security reasons, but some devices may require it). Also, ensure SMB Direct and SMB 2.0/3.0 are enabled. Restart the PC after changes.
