Windows 11 Can I restore the Windows 8.1 taskbar and window style?
I really prefer the clean taskbar and window design from Windows 8.1. Is there any way to get this look back on Windows 11, either through settings or third-party tools?
If you want to stick to free and open-source software, the most effective combination is using ExplorerPatcher to fix the taskbar and Open-Shell to restore the Start Menu.
