Windows 11 call of duty black ops 3 performance issue in multiplayer

I have tried the 13900k and 7950x. Also tried the 4090 and the 7900xtx. Every hardware combination I have tried failed. Here is a post about windows 11 or black ops 3 issue. The game doesn’t run above 50-70 fps in multiplayer. They need to fix this bug. Also there are security vulnerabilities for multiplayer in all cods that have to be fixed but especially for black ops 3. It runs bad on windows 11. Especially once Microsoft owns ABK. I would love to see them on top of this issue right away
