Windows 11 25H2 had heavy CPU consuption e.e
Look at that,2.90 GHz base speed but exceeding 4 GHz u.u

Open the task manager and check which process consumes the most cpu resources.

In version 23H2 it was around 3.50 GHz with the same services & features,so theres no point in sweeping this bug from version 25H2 under the rug (*  ̄︿ ̄)
