Windows 11 24H2/25H2 freeze & lag after unblock

after idle unblocking windows u cant click anywhere, all programs like word, excel, teams or mozzila just look frozen and unclickable. only restart helps to bring system back. please help.

Windows 11 24H2/25H2. issue appears randomly and breaks workflow, very annoying

    Update all device drivers, especially graphics, chipset, and network drivers, from the manufacturer’s website or Windows Update.
