Windows 11.24 H2 won't start. Is there a solution?

Win11 24H2 often shuts down and then fails to boot into the system, getting stuck on the spinning circle screen. Sometimes, after waiting for a while, it enters the blue recovery page and asks whether to perform advanced repair or restart. Sometimes restarting allows it to enter the system, but sometimes it doesn't. I checked and found that the blue screen error is caused by msgpioclx.sys. The wired network card occasionally appears to be connected but there is no network interaction. Please help.
