Windows 11 23H2 NEVER updates to 24H2,whether here on PC or laptop ¬¬

Ive tried everything,I tried with ISO,via Windows Update & it NEVER updates,the worst part of all this is that in the virtual machines I have via VMWare it updates normally -.-

Download the Windows 11 25H2 ISO and start the in-place upgrade if the computer meets all system requirements.

Thats what I intend to do,as version 24H2 keeps coming to Windows Update u.u

    I just tried creating a flash drive with version 25H2 & tried to update to this version,& it gave an error again but now with a different diagnosis ¬¬
