I just installed Windows 11 OS Build 26100.2894 with Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.26100.36.0 on a newly built computer and noticed the same thing.
First, I thought it was me missing some regional setting somewhere but everything seems to be in order and now when I found other have seen the same thing, it looks to be an issue rather than an issue with a setting somewhere.
Quite annoying and I hope it will be addressed sooner rather than later. Based on how you posted this back in Sept last year, it doesn't look very promising.
What is weird though is on my old computer which was also running the latest version of Windows 11, I can't recall seeing this problem. Which makes me wonder if it could be some setting somewhere after all...🤔
