Windows 11 23H2 → 25H2 in-place upgrade fails in SAFE_OS / MIGRATE_DATA
Do we know if this issue is expected to be fixed in the coming days, or should I proceed with a clean install of Windows? Based on your experience, could you provide an estimation of whether this is likely to be resolved within, for example, a year?

If 23H2 still works, stick to it.
For anyone still having an issue updating from 23H2 to 25H2, use the built in windows updater to check for updates. If it finds 24H2 let it update. Once updated then you can go to the sight below and scroll down to Download Windows 11 Disk Image (ISO) for x64 devices. In the drop down select multi-edition then click confirm. for the language select English United states then click confirm again. Now click 64 bit download. It might take a second to start downloading the ISO file. It takes a long time to download it completely. When the download is complete double click the ISO file and follow the on screen instructions. It will install 25H2 without deleting anything from your computer.

If checking for updates does not find 24H2 you will need to go
https://www.catalog.update.microsoft.com/Home.aspx and download the correct 24H2 update for your computer and run it then go to the sight above and follow the instructions I provide.
