Windows 11 22H2 Upgrade from Windows 10 – Stuck at 48%

Trying to upgrade to Windows 11 22H2 keeps getting stuck at 48%.  Tried so far:

All Updates/Clean Boot/DISM/SFC/Chkdsk-F

Saw this as an option.  Has anyone tried it?

If updates continually get stuck due to drivers, open Command Prompt as administrator and run:

rundll32.exe pnpclean.dll,RunDLL_PnpClean /DRIVERS /MAXCLEAN

    Double-check that all your drivers, especially graphics and chipset drivers, are up to date and compatible with Windows 11. Visit Dell's support website for the latest drivers for your Latitude E6540.
