Windows 11 22H2 system lockup issue

I recently updated to Windows 11 service pack 22H2 and had an abrupt error occur today.

My machine was connected to RDP, Slack, and a Chrome session. While using the remote session my host machine became unresponsive. The mouse was unusable and all explorer based applications were artifacting and had a flickering green border top-left of the main display (Most likely related to screen capture). I killed all the running processes all the way up to the explorer.exe without success and the only recourse was rebooting the system.
