Windows 11 22H2 breaks right click move options for off-screen windows.
Windows always had a tendency to loose windows. And since at least windows XP I always used the right click move + arrows trick to get them back. It seems the latest 22H2 build broke that functio...
As outlined in that site and from another thread, Alt + Space + M, then arrow keys to lock to cursor and then you can move the mouse. This works to move the window. So for now it is a workable solution.
