Windows 11 21H2: Blue Screen of Death after clicking “Advanced Startup” and restarting

The system is running Windows 11 21H2. After navigating to Settings → System → Recovery → Advanced startup → Restart now, the system displays a blue screen and restarts, showing the error code DRIVER_VERIFIER_DMA_VIOLATION.

What is causing this? How can I fix it?
