Laserhorse Do you happen to have Windows Defender Application Control (WDAC) implemented? I have found during some testing over recent days that I can pretty reliably kill Windows 11 with WDAC. This includes an upgrade from a Windows 10 build which is running perfectly fine with WDAC in place.
