Window Explorer tabs always open
Whenever I open Windows Explorer (windows 11), it defaults to my Dropbox toggled open. Is there any way when I open Explorer all tabs are in the non-open state?

Click on the three dots in your explorer -> options -> general -> open file explorer to -> this PC
