pseudo_harsh Check if the "Automatic brightness adjustment" option is enabled in your Display settings. To do this:
Right-click on an empty area of the desktop and select Display settings. Scroll down to the Display adapter properties section. Click on Calibration and uncheck the box next to "Automatic brightness adjustment".
