Window 11 Wi-Fi automatic on off

I highly recommend to update wireless drivers to latest version.

Open Device Manager, locate wireless driver, right click and select Update driver.

I also suggest to turn on/off Airplane once, see if that helps.

Windows has a built-in tool that can automatically find and fix common problems.

Right-click on the Start button (or press Win + X) and select Settings.

Go to System > Troubleshoot > Other troubleshooters.

Find Network and Internet and click the Run button next to it.

Follow the on-screen instructions. Let it apply any recommended fixes and see if the problem is resolved.
