Win11 Taskbar system tray icons randomly rearrange after a display resolution change

After changing the display resolution or refresh rate, the icons in the system tray are rearranged randomly. The custom arrangement is lost, and even after restoring the display settings, these icons do not return to their original positions.

This issue occurs more frequently when connecting or disconnecting an external monitor.
