Win11 Taskbar search box remains highlighted after pressing Escape

After clicking the search box on the taskbar and pressing the Esc key to close the search panel, the search box remains highlighted or displays a blue border, as if it were still active.

Clicking elsewhere on the desktop or taskbar removes the highlight. This issue occurs intermittently and is more noticeable when using a high-contrast theme or custom accent colors.
