Win11 Microsoft Store downloads fail with error 0x80070005 on the first attempt but succeed on retry

When downloading from the Microsoft Store, the first attempt usually fails with error code 0x80070005. After clicking the Retry button, the download succeeds immediately.

This issue occurs whether I'm downloading a new app or updating an existing one, forcing me to download the app twice every time.
