Win11 Caps Lock state indicator in system tray disappears after lock screen

After locking and unlocking the screen, the Caps Lock indicator on the screen disappears. The indicator reappears only after you toggle Caps Lock again.

This issue occurs on devices without a physical LED indicator, making it difficult to determine the Caps Lock status before entering a passcode or text after the system wakes up.
