Win11 and Outlook New Mail Notifications

This is a known limitation in Windows 11 when using Outlook with desktop notifications, the chime is tied to the windows "New Mail notification" system sound and cannot be customized per app through outlook settings.
You can change the windows new mail notification sound globally or disable default chime & use outlook rules for custom sounds.
