Win 11 not recognizing external monitor

With my 2 year old ASUS Flow z13 laptop, connected to my 65" TV, I've been gaming happily but just recently Win11 refuses to see any external TV / monitors I attach to it.  I've changed cables, TV / monitors, plus etc but nothing works. I suspect it might be related to me allowing my TV and  computer to Time-out while I was doing something else. When i came back, my TV was off (auto turn off) and same with my Laptop. Now Win11 does see any attached external monitor.

Help ! I'm hoping this is Win11 bug and not my laptop hardware fault.
