Will not "turn off display after"
For quite some time now, and after several fresh reinstalls of Windows (yes from a USB and deleting partitions), my Windows will never turn off the display. I am at my wits end with this right now. ...
Certain applications (browsers, video players) or overlay software (GPU monitoring, screen recording) can hold the display awake.
