Will future operating systems still have mysterious glitches?

I've been wondering whether future operating systems will still suffer from those bizarre, hard-to-reproduce glitches that seem to defy explanation. Even with advances in formal verification and AI-assisted debugging, will there always be some residual weirdness that escapes testing, or will OS development eventually reach a point where mysterious bugs become a thing of the past?
